Stay away!!! I've used this company multiple times. I moved monday anOd today, Thursday, i had my cable installed only to find my tv was suddenly broken. I spoke to the owner and he refused to take responsibility and argued with me instead. I sent him.a picture of my tv. He claimed it was internal damage and because they wrapped the tvs in blankets nothing couldve happened. My tv was 100 percent fine until they moved it. It is less than 2 years old. He also said since i moved three days ago, he doesnt know what ive done to it since then. Ive done nothing. Its sat there until the cable company could come. I will never do business with them again. The price discount they offer is not worth it if your stuff gets ruined. This does not seem like an honest business. I cannot imagine arguing with customers like that. I will never do business with them again! In regards to their response, it just shows that they won't take responsibility for any issues that might occur. Disgusting. Ive typically moved the tvs myself. Unfortunately i trusted them this time which was a huge mistake! Due to their nasty response, i will never use this company again and definitely regret leaving a tip! They handled this poorly and lost a customer. The fact that they suggested it was knocked during a party us ridiculous. I definitely dont have parties. Nice try though, very shady! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY!
I am so pleased with the service Steve Lucido and staff provided for my recent move! Movers can really make or break your moving experience, and I am happy to say this was the smoothest move I've had. The staff was extremely friendly and hard working. We had to move from a 2 bedroom townhouse with a LOT of stairs. No one complained about the tiresome workload they faced. All of our furniture arrived undamaged and our walls remained in mint condition. They got the job done in a timely manner at a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend their service for your move!
Use this company!!! My second move with them and they were wonderful! They arrived on time, they moved me an hour away and they were done by 5 p.m. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
I moved to Michigan in January 2014 and had movers from proverbial "down south", and when I moved to my present location I was fortunate to find Lucidos Discount Moving. I had two guys show up, on time, and between packing and moving my 1 bedroom apt., they did without taking a break. There was no chit chat and banging of items. I again recently asked Steve if he could help out someone I know, and as usual, he replies in a heartbeat. He is there when you need him. In this case it was short notice so he gave my friend a referral. No delays, and no jerking around and he's more than reasonable on the actual move itself. I don't have family here so Steve is my go to guy. I can't think of a better mover and wouldn't be posting this if it weren't true. Thanks so much Steve.
